First of all .. calm down. they are RIHANNA and SHAKIRA ... not some random ass artist, these are WORLD WIDE superstars, they don't need that much promo because they are huge, and they got to where they are without ur rude carreeer advice. I am pretty sure the music video will take care of most of the promo!!! Calm down and just wait.
