It is not a "great plan" just an assumption.
I don't see any new single before Fall, I don't see any album being out before one or two UK top 3 hits. If everything goes well, we will see the album begin 2014. But yeah knowing Nicole's team and business, we probably will get it mid/summer 2014, or get other pushbacks around that time.

Her working with Mike and Ali gives me a glimpse of hope for a proper US album with a urban flavour, but honestly if she doesn't release a single by the Summer she's done. Either she let Boomerang be a random single or it will be awkward to have a song out in March and another in November.

I just hope they balance the album enough out to function in both US and UK markets, with just one or two bonuses seperating the editions instead of seperate labeled editions.
The interesting part will be though, if they will focus on the US, if they will finally use their brains and send urban material to urban formats. That is the only thing I am afraid of. Since a US focus is bound to happen.

It's the closest to a "great plan" as she can get right now, but considering her track record, we're not getting it anytime soon.
