Eh. It's because she's doing her own makeup. Makeup artists are able to really contour the **** out of a face and use specific makeup that'll make your face look a certain way when the flash hits it, which is also why her face is always so bright because it's not camera-ready makeup that would be used on a red carpet.
Like her face was round here but she's done up + wearing a bodysuit.
Anyway, it's really the wig that makes things look worse + the outfit choices. Her outfit from two nights ago >
