She didn't promote. For 2 months, Mariah seemed to have forgotten she released an album.
"Bye Bye" wasn't a good single choice. And especially wasn't good for the time it was released. Nobody wants to be cruising in their car, jamming to songs like "Forever", "lollipop", and whatever Rihanna song is on, and then hear a mood killer like "this is for my peoples who just lost somebody" It's a mood killer, lol.
"bye bye" and the lack of promotion killed it, people forgot about the album, it seems Mariah did too. Now nobody is really listening to what she's putting out, plus, "I'll be lovin u long time" isn't an attention graber. Maybe if she had released "I'll be lovin u long time" with the momentum right after "touch my body", it could've been a huge hit.
It's all just bad single choices and lack of promotion. Oh, and not to mention all her interviews are regarding her and Nick.
Yeah true well hopefully if she is really re-releasing her album she should release Migrate promote it really good and then close the album with a new song of the re-release.
i thinks she's promoting her singles now, on Jimmy kimmel ,.... But the most important in my opinion is that she chooses the wrong song., no the song we like indeed.
Why are we dissing her? Just cuz her last two singles weren't hits? Mariah's had a lot of hits so I don't think we should make of fun of her 4 re-releasing her album really.

She is rereleasing it around the same time she rereleased TEOM.....she hasn't had the new single yet so the album will probably come out in November....just like the Ultra Platinum Edition of TEOM. The new album came out the same week as this one in 2005. So "already resorting" is not really a proper assessment.
I know what you meant....but hey, you never know. Ciara had a good first album, then I thought she released a 2nd album that disappointed me. She could possibly turn it around, but it will be tough for her to convince me.
