Is it 20 points at one time? If so, How is that possible

When someone comes back from a ban, they can still have 10 WPs that expires longer than a month. If they get 10 more points after that, they're permabanned.

It's never happened before though.

So for example they got 1 flame bait and 5 trolling points that resulted in their first ban . They had 11 points. When they return they will have 10 points since the flame bait point expired during the month they were banned and the other trolling points are still active for another month. If that person got enough to make it to 20 then they are permabanned.
