"Party" has maintained its Hot 100 presence while earning multiple honors, including the titles of Billboard's top summer song of 2011 and top Hot 100 song at the 2012 Billboard Music Awards. Its continued sales have helped extend its chart run; with digital sales of just under 7 million, it's the third-best-selling download in Nielsen SoundScan history. (Only the Black Eyed Peas' "I Gotta Feeling" (8 million) and Adele's "Rolling in the Deep" (7.3 million) have sold more.)
But it's still not Gaga.
