If Marlene is not lying about Torrey DeVitto being busy with another series and that they are still trying to get her in the series finale, my hopes for Melissa being AD just died. I need more Melissa and Charlotte in 7B.
Melissa's actress really IS busy as a series regular on Chicago Med cuz she has talent and all.
But in the 33 eps preceding Charlotte's reveal, she was in 1 for like one scene. So they could still make Melissa A even if they can only barely get her in one episode.

I really don't think Mary is lying. They were alluding to Spencer being related to Mary all season AND Spencer felt a connection with A in the dollhouse.
Now who is the biological father to Charlotte and Spencer?

Spencer is Mary's daughter. Why else would Mary visit her specifically after getting out? Even the questions she asked and her saying "You're lucky to have people who love you" or something along those lines made me feel creeped out like "Why is this stranger saying these personal things to her?".
Also the hair color should have been a giveaway. Although idk how she could have a blonde and brunette daughter. Her sister also has a blonde daughter which means Mary's real hair is blonde and Spencer's father is brunette?
