How many are y'all actually doing? Last year I did 100 songs/50 albums but I felt like I had no quality control, so this year even though I've listened to far more music I'm doing 60 songs/30 albums with an approximate deadline of the end of November~ish
Not 130 albums how I guess I checked about 50 albums so far.
I find it hard to find a balance between listening to new stuff but also spending time with the albums I liked and also older ones.
I've never done a best of before but if I did I'd do 30 albums,50 songs,5-10 EPs,10 music videos and 5 albums that disappointed me.
I don't think I even liked 100 2016 albums released to make a list like that, I heard some doo doo this year.
Strong emphasis on "May". That would be at least half of what I listened to in total that I find to be worthy. Plus I've been keeping up with things since the year started so I don't want to feel like i'm leaving anything out. I won't be doing extensive write ups for every one tho cuz I don't have time for that.

But I put television ahead of music this year especially summertime so... It could've been more.

I'm not a TV fanatic or anything so I won't be including that. I'd probably do a top 10 games of 2016 but not sure if anyone would be here for that. There's another forum where i'll do that anyway.
