- Less articulation, more slur and accent
- Darker, more rhythmic/urban
- Simpler production
- “Too bad she’s just eating off your dreams?”
- Ambitious but it loses its innovation, not very interesting
- Same Ol' Mistakes very Tame Impala
- She wants to prove that she’s an artist without committing to anything.
- Just reaching for the sounds that critics respond to.
- Trying to be Sia on Higher
- CLOSE TO YOU MY WEAVE (but a ballad for the closer ugh)
