Well when a mod himself engages in the activity of mocking members of a fanbase despite it being against the rules and gets away with it besides leaving similar reported posts from the same page unwarned, there is bias and that mod deserve to be called out.

Buy the ATRL+ as you usually would, then PM Athens with the receipt / information and name of who you're gifting to. Might take a little time for him to transfer the gift though as it's a busy time right now.
