I don't think she included Anytime honestly. I'm under the impression the album she was recording from November 2013 - early 2014 was a completely different project than what Jackie is today.
To further clarify, Anytime was produced by Boi-1-da and came out in Feb 2014, she had baby Future in May 2014. So if she went in with Luke 2 weeks prior to giving birth, and that was when she said she started the album, that would place her beginning the Jackie project in early May 2014. She only worked with Luke, Polow and Harmony for this album. Apparently Cashmere Cat did a song too, but for all we know that could have been done before the project turned into Jackie, along with Anytime and any other Future tracks.
One of the songs she's talking about is probably Special Edition, a Luke track that didn't make the cut.
but I wish we could've heard snippets of SE and the CC song. But the fact that she didn't record a bunch of throwaway tracks means that this album is going to be amazing because every song (except OWA and Only One I guess but I'm so excited for them) has been made to fit a specific theme and vision Ci had for the album
