August 3, 2007: Thank you all for voting. Today on the countdown, Justin Timberlake returns to the countdown and Fergie tries to take the top spot, but she's only got 1 day left and she has yet to reach the #1 spot.
ANNOUNCEMENT: On Monday, we will have a Special Hot Top 10 as we celebrate the 1 Year Anniversary with the top 10 songs of the year 2006 - 2007 on the Hot Top 10. The points came from the positions on the countdown, if they were at #10 for the day, the artist got 1 point etc ... if they were at #1, they got 10 points. We will also have the top 10 artists with combined points from their songs. This means that we won't have another regular countdown until Tuesday, which is where Fergie will more than likely retire. So on Monday, please leave comments about what you think of the Special Countdown.
Note: I chose to premiere Pink's "Who Knew" because it's starting to pop back up into countdowns, airplay, and charts and Who Knew was never added a year ago, so it made since to me to premiere it now.
