I don't really think it will debut at #1. With Billboard new rules it's almost impossible and also because of BL. But a debut inside the Top 5 would be awesome and such a great help for longevity. But I'm really confident Roar will dethrone BL once ariplay and streaming are strong enough

Katy should tease the song all week, then release it on 12th (hopefully with no leak), VMA performance on the 25th, release the lyric video the day after, and give us the official music video when radio airplay is high enough.
