Yes, I was having a bit of nostalgia I didn't get into wrestling until early 2003 which was the Ruthless Aggression era. Although, I only watched snippets of the Attitude Era back in the late 90's. I missed the whole Invasion era with WCW and WWE

Oh slay sis with that 2003 debut what a great year 2002-2003 was. It did well (it was actually better than 2001) in my opinion.

The invasion storyline was cute.

Yas! 2002/2003 was the best! I remember when I first got into wrestling in 2003 being SLAYED by Torrie Wilson performing a baseball slide on the ring apron striking Nidia with a steel chair

& it looks to me like they're going with a double turn for AJ/Paige which is smart IMO. AJ's in-ring work is so much better as a face and Paige's persona fits "heel" waaay more than babyface. & besides the night she won the title Paige has really struggled with getting over with the crowd. Her chasing the title can actually give her some character development. She started at the very top by winning the title on her debut night so she could only go down from there. A true Gail Kim tea

^Paige did have some support tonight during the match, though. They kind of tried to start a "Let's go AJ. Let's go Paige" chant but the Paige chants were a lot less loud. So yeah, it does seem like Paige is best suited for a heel role right now. Still, though, I do get the impression that she can get over with the crowd and not fall into oblivion (twice) like Gail Kim unfortunately did in WWE.
