I think this could mean that the song will be released like next week on iTunes and the radio will start playing it once it is released. Otherwise this makes no sense at all. Because it means that NO radio played her once yesterday. Which is impossible. I think they are holding it back on the radio until it's released on iTunes. And it makes sense imo.

Probably by a station excluded from the Mediabase panel. Because the song had no increase in General Audience today, which means it had zero spins yesterday, considering it's not yet out for a whole tracking week... so it can't decrease. It can just increase, or stay stable.
