Knowing her she probably will have picked Ultraviolence for a reason - I doubt she'd have called it that with little or no reference to the book beyond the title. And the book could actually have some interesting ideas for an album - free will or lack thereof, the importance of morals, being manipulated, cultural appropriation through the slang, or just violence if she wants to go down that route. Born To Die could have been her American album and this is her British one
The only problem is that I don't see how a song called West Coast would fit into the album, but who knows tbh, for all we know it could mean anything.
