I don't care what the people on IMDB have to say, his storyline bored me to tears because it got so repetitive after episode 3 or 4, and that storyline about stealing suitcases was just a time waster. Not as tedious as Fiona's love triangle storyline, but bad nonetheless.
What did save the season from being a complete trainwreck was Frank & Bianca's storyline. It seemingly didn't go anywhere at first, but it gave Frank character development, and it gave the season some much needed dramatic heft, as it was mostly comedic in tone, which didn't work for the show
at all.
