Well, even if they don't, we'll know the full roster by the time the 3DS version is out in the summer.

I wish Nintendo would get its head out of its ass and start embracing the competitive side of Smash Bros. The mechanics in Melee were so amazing and the game got so much slower in Brawl, and I feel like it'll be similar if not worse in SSB4. It's just upsetting that they've made it into such a party game, which is fine, but at the expense of totally ignoring the people who like to play a less casual style like it was originally designed.

But they made a Final Destination format for almost every stage

Sakurai said himself the last thing he wants Smash to be catered to is religious competitors.

Besides SSB4 has "For Glory" mode.

That's the problem though. I'm not even that good and I can tell the huge differences in speed and excitement. Brawl is a good game, don't get me wrong, but it's such a let down after playing Melee for so long.

For Glory mode will pretty much be what I play if I end up getting it. I doubt a ton will change in this mode, though.
