I think it's time for Charlie Walk to make a call to Billboard and for some of Drake's streams to mysteriously vanish due to a "glitch" or an "overcount"
She wouldn't be #1 regardless of streams being included or not, so #2 is really fair,in my opinion. The only fanbase to really get upset about is Blake's. He would be #1 if only sales were included.
