Why wouldn't they sell it? The big stores will obviously have it when it gets released.

Let's not make assumptions.

For example, there are no stores in Sweden that have it for pre-order nor even have it on their websites for viewing purposes. So I had to pre-order it from Belgium.

It just seems weird to me. It's not like Belgium is one of her biggest markets. I don't always find her past albums in every store, but I CAN find them.
