2NE1 has more impact than Wonder Girls and Kara as of now. Kara sold more than them last year due to their Japanese fans buying the album (they're huge there) and it was a full album, 2NE1 released a mini with FOUR new songs that were already released individually and charting, yet pushed 65k+ (probably more)

What I don't understand is why westerners have such a problem with it when they almost never have a problem with women dressing and behaving in ways that were once considered stereotypically "masculine". If we now allow women to wear suits and play sports, and even applaud them for it, then why do we ridicule males for wearing makeup or dancing balet (for example)? It's a double-standard. I always jump ship at the right time, I left Nicki's ass right after she started wearing them tacky outfits and faking an accent, looking a damn fool 24/7 (and obviously not going the right direction musically) and stopped stanning for Rih right after she released TTT because it was very underwhelming. Britney (my original fave) was being disappointing in every possible way as well, I can't stan for someone I don't believe in anymore (still my original Queen tho
