The same thing is going on here. I'm right outside of NYC. It's been in the 50's and 60's for the past two weeks and it's so damn annoying. I'll that the sun is and it expect it to be warm. But when I step out, it's always chilly.
The sign has to do with the amendment that I keep hearing about on the news.i.e. Vote for marrage.Seeing that NC (my home state) is the only one I know of holding that vote this year,I went off of assumption and just asked.
