It really does, the act that it's called 24 and the next James Bond movie will be the 24th film in the series leads me to believe she was lined up as the next theme song but plans fell through

It has been confirmed already that she wrote a song for the Bond movie, but they went with Sam Smith (maybe cause he's British and they liked his song better, plus Lana would be a safe choice for them).
But I believe 24 IS the song she actually wrote for the movie cause it doesn't feel like a personal song of hers and doesn't seem autobiographical at all. (Plus the murder and carnage line...)
