So, you're basically implying that you haven't heard much of her discography pre-2005, especially considering her best work was not on any of those albums.

Well the current generation actually know and like Mariah's old hits (hence her youtube views being 3x as much as Madonna despite Madonna having 'iconic' videos).
Mariah has REALLY amazing singles (Dreamlover, Fantasy, ABMB, WBT, Shake It Off, Heartbreaker, Without You, etc) but her discography as a whole is trash.
