I cried so much when my dog Lizzie died when I was 10. She ate rat poison and what it does to the one's body is so sick, like after seeing it I will never use that poison. Not with rats or any form of life.

Yeah, she died in the fire. Thankfully not burnt, just fell asleep - so that's peaceful.
Couldn't take her to the vets last night, just checking her atm and she's gone..

After my favorite dog died I was never able to like a dog like that again. I'm a cat person now, I couldn't handle losing another dog, you get more emotionally attached to dogs.
