I've been starting watching new TV shows and binge watching them in exam periods. It didn't work out well so far.

So it happens when you're alone with a guy whose a stranger nearby? Because if it's just that then like yeah I get that but if it's an overall sense of constant paranoia that someone's "out to get you" that would be more of a psych issue
