That night of the finale, I always said Marlene made the story up last minute because I pay attention to even the smallest details and clues. When Charles said, "You're always better off with a really good lie", I knew in that moment Cece was making up a perfect story as she went along. So yes either the real Charles told her his story, Cece was really Charles but made everything else up, or she's Bethany, or a combination of the 1st and 3rd theory.
When the doctor said "you always come back to family" and Spencer is looking at family photos, I don't know if they want me to think she's A.D. or if it's Melissa I hope it's one of them though. Probably Spencer since the 7x10 synopsis says

. It could be Aria though, and then A.D. would be cute and mean Aria Drake but obviously they wouldn't give it to us that easy.

She did lie about most of it, but she really is Charles. It's been confirmed way too many times now. As for the entire story of events, a lot of those are made up. Sara is definitely not Black Widow. That's either Mary or Melissa. CeCe was always Red Coat because she's the one that took flying lessons with Nigel Wright and she took his plane. Her saying "You're always better off with a really good lie" was a reference to Alison saying it in season 1 to show their connection.
You think both Melissa and Wren are A? I think Melissa is AD, although Wren was involved at one point. She's connected to everything, even Mary.

WHAT?!?! Andrew is irrelevant and has been in 12 episodes (only in a few were he actually sketchy and they told a lot of his story). Like I said, he could be the son, but I don't think he's the Big Bad that's been involved since the beginning.
Wren is still relevant. A or not. He's confirmed for 7B, the all important epic finale, and he actually has a connection to Cece that was never explained. Melissa has been there from the beginning and has been in every single season, has been involved from everything from NAT Club, to that night, from the Pilot to working with Mona to the train to working with the B-Team to the Lodge Fire to the dollhouse to Cece's murder. Always comes back to Melissa.
And if they are going the Spencer, hell even the Aria route with either being Mary's daughter that just puts more suspicion of Melissa and Wren. Melissa obviously would know that and would explain their sister dynamic and if it's Aria then that would tie in why 1) she tried to kill her on the train 2)A showed her the family pic in the dollhouse 3)why A (Cece?) was so creepy with that tennis ball dressing it up with Aria's pink streaks and it's also suspicious as to why Wren went after Spencer. He also went after Hanna and she has been the most targeted ever since Cece and Uber A took over from Mona. Hell even Hanna and Melissa's whole dynamic is weird, and that scene in London is still very important.
