Like I'm a feminine guy (not a drag queen though for those that keep wondering
) , and when I was younger it took a lot of courage for me to just be like well **** it, and just be how I was. I tried being manly and it was just something foriegn to me. Her tweet didn't hurt me or offend me, its more like a Wooooooooooooow, is this bitch for real type of thing.
Imagine if she did become famous and blow up and she had that mind set. A lot of gay people follow female hip-hop artist, just look at Nicki's Fans. If she had said that what kind of image would her younger gay fans think of themselves. Its just not right.
And for some people to just be like "Oh its just the word ******, I use it all the time this and that" like yeah I've used it too when I talk to some of my gay friends but only when I've know them long enough and I never use it out of hate or malice. Its obvious what Azealia was using it towards and the context of how she was saying it was clear and her dumb ass even defined it for us. If you're ignorant enough to say its alright or not be able to tell what way she was saying it, then chhh I pray for you boo, because you need to love yourself some more.
