This song isn't coming as easily to me as my first.
I've got some lines that I like, but I'm having a difficult time expanding them into a full thought.
Sweet sixteen and we had arrived
Walking down the streets as they whistle, "Hi, hi!"
Stealin' police cars with the senior guys
Teachers said we'd never make it out alive
I love "twisted vine" but the "caught up" bit doesn't seem to fit. I know how frustrating this can be I think the combination of "caught up" and "twisted vine" just doesn't work. If it was "twisted lies", it would flow better
