Make sure you spelled the email address right and make sure that the change actually went through. If you had not received an email and confirmed when you changed, you would not be able to post:

It's possible that the email address just didn't change in our system.
If you did indeed
successfully change it but there was a typo or something, and you're able to post, that means that whoever received it confirmed with that address and you need to change it again.
After checking all this, if there are still issues, I recommend you send a help request, which we will then mark for administrator attention, in case any of your account info needs to be discussed (so that we keep everything confidential).
