Call it dated or overrated, but the godly chorus vocals of Bad Romance will remain why Gaga can flop into eternity and still be relevant.

Just listening to BTW you can see she was just doing the music she wanted to do (really wanted) without any pressure from past era, management or GP/fans.
With ARTPOP she was pressured by fans and GP and now she is pressured from her past era and so on..
Songs like The Queen, Americano, Bloody Mary, HML, Electric Chapel.. so goood without her forcing them to sound " raw" or whatever... and they are not commercial either, just good and the melodies etc. everything.

yes Bad Romance has her best vocals. And the editing on the vocals is great, it's not ****ing autotune it's just perfect.
Gaga needs to realize that editing your vocals isn't a bad thing.

After a very emotional and sentimental day yesterday listening to all of Gaga's albums, I've decided to officially re-stan I've sort of been building up to doing it for a few months and I was initially disappointed with PI but it's grown on me. I stanned Gaga so hard from 2008-2013 and then in 2014 I split up with my boyfriend who was also a massive Gaga stan (even more than I was) and I really related her music to our relationship so it put me off for a long time, but this year I've finally been getting back into loving her a lot. Please welcome me into your stan base, I'm so excited

I dislike a lil bit, that she's trying to target Adeles audience with Joanne, she's a pop artist, she won't even outsell C2C with Joanne if it full of PI or even worse, I'm not spending my coins if I won't like music, even thought I bought PI just from a respect for her.. She needs to be who she really was and we fell in love with, Pop music making Gaga, if Joanne disappoints me, well I'll still have my second big fave Taylor Swift to love and enjoy her music, I'm not into music like PI, it's not my type, I like music, something like TS 1989, RED, and older records, heck even Katy sounds good now compared to PI, let's wait and see what she delivers, I'm happy for her that she wants to do things her own way, but I can't support blindly everything she does if I don't like it, wish her very best if she never goes back to her earlier days TF-BTW or even AP road, she will be forever know for her debut album and her authenticity in her earlier days, now she isn't doing anything imo to be separated from her peers.

Sorry, it was my meltdown moment, because I thought we would get a cute dance anthem, and its not shaping to be a 21 or something similar, :/ I really wanted happy, up tempo, fun pop music to recklessly dance to..

Jesus. I'm so glad she's not doing that. You are better off unstanning her. I promise you that she will never go back to her older music judging from her interviews.
Maybe try other singers? It's not that hard, tho.

I think the problem is not the sound: dance, pop, pop rock. The problem is that P.I. is a great song ( for me is love) but is not right as 1 single.

Each gaga era is a tranwreck of emotions for me...
Is it too crazy to think that this record might have at least one great pop song that will click well with the GP and will take over by itself and put her back on top?  I hope it happens

So according to various sources on PopJusitice, Twitter and some fansite, Gaga and her team are not going to do a lot of promo for either the singles or the album. I hardly can imagine that but so far it seems that it may true.
I love PI and I'm sure I'm gonna love Joanne but a bit of promo would be nice.

I've thought this for a while, she seems to be lowkey over the music business ever since ARTPOP. It could turn out well (like Beyonce, who also rarely promotes) or disastrous. 
Just as long as we get a great album with quality music videos and a tour, I'm satisfied.
