So I was just watching some of her videos on my laptop and I never noticed how low quality her early videos are since I usually watch them on my phone and not on a big screen. Is there a possibility we'll ever get them in HD? I'm almost positive Bad Romance and Paparazzi were filmed in high quality.

It's mostly because of the resolution on YouTube back then and how it's evolved. I doubt they would ever replace the videos because of how high the views are. I'm not sure if vevo has better versions of the videos.

Where on Earth is that? PI is a rock-influenced disco-pop song. Her album has, among other tracks, RedOne productions. She can't just make the same EDM over and over. There are other acts who make the same **** if that's really what you're after.
