On paper, yes. In reality, this is a war of perception. Both sides are going to spin this as a win either way.
Alright thanks. Well considering I'm still on the fence, I hope it can be tied up and Bernie gets the last delegate although I doubt that's going to happen.
AP Euro sucked. It was so much harder than APUSH. I still got a good score but maaaan, all of those dates and all of those wars. Meanwhile, the only bad part of APUSH was that long section about ****ing cowboys.
Iowa is one of the few states that was a projected win for Bernie. The fact that he tied with Clinton is actually bad news for him, and Clinton is projected to win most of the Northeast and Southern states that are more fiscally conservative and democrats more moderate. However, I'm sure some news outlets will write bogus op-ed pieces arguing the other way around.

There were literally like 2 polls where he was up; and none of them considerably. Meanwhile Clinton had anywhere from a +3 to +11 projected win in the week leading up to the caucus (and that's not counting December where she had a +15 lead)
Nobody expected Bernie to win. Sanders supporters thought it was doable, and considering that the end result is going to be less than a .5% advantage for Hillary, he did come pretty darn close.
....not that it mattered given O'Malley's airtime but it takes the awkwardness away.
