One of the quickest ways to age a female character is by giving her kids, I highly doubt they're gonna make young hot Jennifer Lawrence suddenly seem like a 45 year old by giving her a kid in his teens/20s. I know if you watch the movies it's only logical that she's older, but they've never stated it outright and you can easily think of her as the 23 year old she is when watching her play the 30-odd year old Mystique.
They could, and they'll definitely consider it, but I can't see them ruining their sexy team member. I think at most we'll get a wink and a nod to it, like the Quicksilver/Magneto bit.
