I eat at 1,500 HEALTHY calories and do 50 mins exercises and GAIN weight!
Should I throw the scale and buy a tape measure?
I'm about to cry
what kind of exercise? if you want to lose weight you should be doing cardio, but if you doing and strength or muscle exercising your probably just gaining muscle which weighs more than fat so that could explain your weight gain
I went to the gym yersterday, renewed my membership and today I got diagnosed with "jumper's knee"... I feel like Britney because I can't bend my knee, use the treadmill or lift weights
Over the past year I lost 60 pounds and now my body is at this weird stage. It's like, I'm not fat, but I'm not exactly skinny or muscular either. Any tips on how to fix that would be greatly appreciated.

Simple..... Work out. Do strength/muscle exercises.

Sweetheart you're expecting results way too quickly. Obviously your body's trying to adjust and if you've been drinking a lot of water it's probably water weight that you gained.
I've been back on Adderall and I don't eat very much as of late. A little nervous about losing weight and being thirsty all of the time, but I should be okay.

It's the easiest **** to cook that has lots of protein though so I just eat it anyways. I sometimes add cheese and pepper to spice it up a bit,

Urgh tell me about it. I have a chicken breast for lunch literally every single day. It's kinda getting disgusting now. Chicken breast = lunch, low-fat steak = dinner.
My friend has meals a day. I gotta get on his level lol.
I eat Healthy Choice, but I eat like 4 of them a day mixed with oatmeal and protein cereal in the morning. That's because I'm broke and have no time to cook anything. I hope that helps you with stuff to buy grocery shopping.
I did the best chest workout yesterday, it snowed here in Texas and not one person was at the gym so I was free to do everything I want to without being judged lol. And I did drop sets for the first time and those killed me!
