I remember back in the early 2000s when the Italian producers were at their last attempts to make basic pop bops to commercialize in all Europe. "Down Down Down" is still a classic, their accents have me howling.
This is a masterpiece, I used to stan hard for them.
Their last comeback was 'epic' as well.
They were often to Queen Barbara to promote it.
Not to mention 'Batte Forte' and their killer performance at Sanremo
The song is on her Se Avessi Un Cuore album, in English and Italian. Originally co-written in English with Dua Lipa and the writing team that wrote "Be the One". Annalisa wrote the Italian version lyrics. She also released a bi-lingual version, verses and first part of the chorus in Italian and the rest of the chorus in English.
Interesting is that WMI went with the all English version for the video. This is Annalisa's first english song, other than covers she sometimes adds to her regular concert set list. So, is Warner Music Group looking to see if she may have global potential?
