I don't necessarily believe that. Music careers don't strictly consist of peaks, she would have surely experienced a decline but I think meeting Bobbi just accelerated it a little bit. Whitney however was a grown woman, she could make her own decisions, it's not like Bobbi put a gun to her head telling her to take drugs.
