But doesn't she say that after she's drugged? I mean, I've only seen this clip but it looks like that intro bit is the intro to the video / song.

I never denied that R. Kelly peed on some girl or raped her. Perhaps you should respond to something i actually said.

Okay, first of all, she was being drugged, so the way she responded (in a hazy, drugged state) was not valid consent.
I'm comparing the arguments, saying that the stuff in the video isn't sexual assault is like saying that R. Kelly's mess wasn't sexual assault. Both stupid.

If Gaga was raped in this video, then I was raped. I've been bothered while not aware. There have been people who've danced around me when i didn't want them to.

Stop trying to defend this. Just admit that it's wrong, because it is. Rape is really serious and it's not something that should be exploited or turned into art.

He doesn't touch her after she goes unconscious, he just looks at her.. and he doesn't even touch her when all the nurses are playing with her or as some of you are saying "sexually assaulting" her . You all are looking for stuff that really doesn't happen which is pretty sick on your part since some of you wouldn't truly care about the issue of promoting rape culture if it were not for Gaga doing this.

WHY THE VIDEO WAS NEVER RELEASED.
If the video never being released makes my opinion irrelevant, then shouldn't it make everyone's opinion irrelevant? Don't just call my argument irrelevant because you don't like hearing the truth
|
You are making all these claims that she obviously found before this hence it not being released. You are just elongating common sense. Yes, it does come across bad. But it obviously isnt the intention.

You'd have a point if this was a concept that was torn up. But they actually MADE this ****.
Anyways I don't personally see rape in this video. To me, it's just Gaga trying to one-up Miley Cyrus. Soft **** try hard mess. She made the right choice by not releasing it.

Do you people really think it's okay for a teenage girl to get raped?Really?

Do not even ****ing try and turn this back on me when you're the one defending this video. She is being played with, after being rendered unconscious from drugs. Do you think a girl would have to explicitly see a rapist's penis entering an unconscious girl's vagina for it to bring back traumatic memories? No. The fact that he was playing with her unconscious body would be enough to bring back memories of someone's rape, particular if they were date-raped with Rohypnol..

These pressed stan who use rape as a way to add fuel to a fanwar acrually disgust me. Its not an issue to show your distain your hatred for a person you dont know. Its a serious issue. So disruspectful.

But this isn't real life. This is a Gaga video. She doesn't need to flat out depict rape for it to be implied. Just like in so many of her other videos that people read into, having her naked on a table with people doing sexual things around her does not make it far fetched to read that there is some sort of rape happening.

It doesn't matter if it happens explicitly. You don't need to see them both butt-naked with him literally raping her for it to trigger traumatic memories in date rape victims who would have seen the video. My god. Stop defending it.

See, the big question here involves the drugs and such.
I do suppose that, if he said that the "medicine was starting to take effect" or whatever, and said medicine knocked her unconscious soon after, it can be determined she may not have been in a clear mental state when he was implied to be performing sex acts on her, and though I don't see the rest yet as being sexual assault... that part would then be deffo rape.

I fully see how it seems like that. But to me most of the things that imply "rape" are due to camera shots ect. Nothing more.

There are examples of sexual assault and allusions to explicit rape. With a username like "tittieslap", I'm not shocked that you're numb to rape culture.
