New Kylie fan here too, I've been obsessed with her for the past year
That being said, I've only really listened to her millennial work in depth... Fever is my fave at the moment. Aphrodite and X are pretty good, and there are a bunch of good tracks off of Light Years. I like the mood of Body Language but most of the album is pretty forgettable to me
I feel like Kylie has a lot of good stand out tracks from each album, but not one truly "it" album?
The stage during All the Lovers with all the water 
The X2008 tour is nothing compared as I just watched it, but I but it on speed at some points because it wasn't that interesting 
which I ended up watching as a little kid and tha rest is, as they say, history.
