You should love it. I just upgraded from an iPhone 5 to the 7 Plus and I can't even state how much of an improvement it is. I'm sure the increase is 500 fold coming from an Android device. Plus the iPhone is so secure

Does anyone this problem with their music?
I have had this problem since I updated to iOS 10 and it is really annoying. Some specific songs (about 20-30) keep getting deleted from my iPhone. I have tried everything. I tried syncing from a playlist, I tried adding manually, I tried autofilling from another playlist. Nothing. They always keep getting deleted after a day or tow and I have no idea why.

There is a space saving feature that deletes the least played songs when you're low on storage space. You can set it to different levels.

Are the downloads themselves being removed or are the being deleted entirely?

My only issue is some songs like remixes and other fan made things didn't transfer to my new phone, can't sync them with iTunes and some songs are replaced with a live version. My fault for using Limebupbupbup for my music buying back in the day.

That's what I read but no I have tons of free space. I have a 64Gb iPhone SE with the latest iOS. I have like 30Gb of free space and I don't even where can I turn off that feature that saves space?
All my songs are from my iTunes library and they are not purchased. I also don't have Apple Music on.

Hmm. Sounds like it could be a problem with the files themselves. Normal iTunes just syncs the music and you're done. As for the feature, it's under Settings>Music and you can choose a minimum of space to use for music from 1GB to 8.

I can't think of what else would cause songs to randomly delete. Especially if you're not using iTunes library (the cloud based one)

I hate iTunes for this and I don't want to sync my whole library. Is there any way around this? I triend syncing from a specific playlist, but still the same problem.

It's under Settings>Music and there's a section called downloads and a part called Optimize Storage.

You can sync individual songs. Maybe that would work better than doing the playlist. Also, what are the file types of the songs? Are they MP3, aac, flac?

You could also try deleting the iTunes media file in your Music folder on your computer and re-importing the songs. That's if you're not concerned about playcounts. There may be a bug or issue in how the files are moved.

The songs are mastered for itunes aac files.

The battery life on my SS S2 apple watch It came with 89%, I played around with it until about 76% and then today is my first day of wearing it to work and it had only dropped down to 53% by the end of my work day

Batteries don't reach their full potential until after a few charge cycles. Let it drain and fully charge it. If you're able to during the day, take it off and charge it for a little while. Small bursts of charging is better for the health of the battery than constant dead/full/dead/full cycles.

It depends on what OS you have. For Windows it's Music folder>iTunes something>media library and you'll see a file labeled iTunes media library or something. It's what iTunes uses to locate your files and know what is supposed to be listed in iTunes. Once it's deleted restart your computer and open iTunes again. Everything should be gone. You'll have to import it all again. You can do so by hitting CTRL O and adding the Music folder back to your library.

If you need more help I'll put out my laptop. I'm just posting from memory so some file names I've used may be wrong.

Thank you I'll let it drain the first time just to see if it can last me the week or at least 'til Friday and then after that I'll give it short bursts. So impressed though for a wearable device. Now if only my iphone's battery was as good

I think the Apple Watch is supposed to get like 10 hours of use right? They seem to aim for 10 hours on all of their devices. My new iPhone 7 Plus is great with battery life. It rivals my iPad

Ah ok, tbh it's probably coz my 6+ is getting old now since I had it on release day. I'll wait til next years iphone to upgrade. How good is the 7+? what did you have before it?

Yeah batteries can only last so long before their capacities dwindle. It's like 500 charge cycles before it's only got 70% of its original capacity remaining. Considering that was 2 years ago, you're long past that point

The 7 Plus is amazing. The processor craps on everything, even the 6s. The battery is bigger and the processor has 4 cores, two of which are for basic tasks like email that use very little power. I had an iPhone 5 that I got in 2013 around the time the 5s came out.
