But if the chart is actually broken down into percentages like that, there's NO way you could get more than that 30% (30 points?) from streams unless the chart isn't really like that or it changes week to week to adjust to what song is ACTUALLY most popular in the US.

I don't think it works exactly like that.
Also a song can debut at #1 on Hot 100 but it needs extremely huge sales to actually go #1 because of the much bigger airplay of the other songs. It actually is possible (look at "Part Of Me" that dabuted at #1)

Youth View Awards are just nnnnn. I got some tea that the tickets cost over $1000. Normal one. The other one costs over $2000 or something. Like, I don't think that Jamaicans have a lot of money to see some kind of flop award show. I just hope that it'll air on some kind of Jamaican TV.
