When you think about it, all it did was encourage people to make snarky remarks (read "celebrate") about someone's ban, request bans for people they don't like, and argue against bans for people they like despite the clear rules set in HQ.
I think it was one of the things ATRL lost as a privilege when HQ was re-opened.

Seriously, it's a simple answer that's been answered already plus one of the moderators also quoted my post before. It's an obvious answer (especially if you see the difference post-banlist in this thread; there's not really as much messy posts these days).
Hi, just wanted to know if the moderators got any chance to check my help request? I know it takes some time but I noticed some people got quick responses to theirs, in here.
Also, is there any chance I could get a response once it's reviewed? I also know the moderators don't always respond to HR's on a case by case basis. So, it would be appreciated if I would be able to get one.
Is it against the rules to link to other warnable posts in a report, in a thread where a lot of people are being particularly disruptive?

We respond to all HR. Sometimes it takes almost a week cuz we need to discuss the thingy.
Yeah, if you want a moderator to shoot you a PM after they decide, just add that you would like a PM in your help requests. That'd be my suggestion (I usually get PM'd after the staff resolves my HRs).
