There's about 300,000,000 people in the U.S., and 95% of that is 285,000,000. Average ticket prices in the U.S. are about $7.15. If it makes $2,037,750,000 in the box office in the U.S., then 95% of the population went to go see it. Obviously it hasn't made that much money yet, so 95% of the population hasn't even went to go see the film.
Sorry, I'm just really sick of hearing about how great this film is and I'm just sick of hearing about it. I've seen clips of it off the Internet, and I'm not impressed at all. The computer graphics are cool. Not as great as everyone was saying it was, but it's pretty good. I'll give it that. However, the story kind of bores me.
Anyways, went to go see
Planet 51 last night. I liked it! It kind of puts into perspective what would happen if we did find life on another planet. Either they would think we are hostile, or we would think that of them. It was a cute film. I loved the little robot rover. I want one as a pet, LOL!
