I think most of you covered how I feel already so I don't think my overexcitement is necessary here. I'll just summarize it by saying that this one of of the BEST things I've heard, not just this year, but for many years past. The song just sounds unique... I can't really describe it beyond that. It's so simply constructed, but she somehow makes it feel like there's a million things going on that you're not aware of.

Why don't people understand Autotune is just an effect? People dont (always) use it cos they cant sing, they use it because it sounds good, and gives the song a good effect.

It really frustrates me when people assume autotune is just for people who cant sing. I personally love the sound of it (to an extent) on songs like 'Shes A Mess'.

Yeah, I agree. I like it in some songs, but when an artist has it in all their songs, it's when you know they can't sing. :P Unless it's for a concept such a Kayne's 808s.
