If this is a WW release, then it will be on iTunes in NZ first in 9.5 hours

I think that the banner is kind catered to people that live PST areas, since that's where she lives.

OR they might release it first PST (27.5hours from now) and when that goes live, the rest of the world will get it then too..

The last time Gwen properly launched a single (you know, no leaks or rush releases after live performance, etc) was No Doubt's Settle Down. That was released to iTunes at exactly midnight PST (and also premiered on the radio at that time). Not sure if that will be true for this of course.

It could happen, but I highly doubt it's going to happen now because of the banners.

Interscope usually releases their stuff in the US first (I remember the same happened to "Used to Love You" and the previous releases from Gwen), so if it's taken into consideration that, I think it's going to be first on the North American iTunes.
