First things first, Gaga IS the sole producter on the version that's nominated. Diane had a different production originally, Gaga came in, changed the composition and medley on piano. Diane and Gaga have said that countless times and have said the track was already wrote. Producers AND songwriters get credit in Oscar nominations, you can't have one without the other. Gaga's other credit was in lyrics because Diane credited her for the changes she made lyrically, which Linda confirmed. As small as the lyric change could have been, it still has to be accounted for, that's the business.
