Wait, wait wait...and you claim Gaga stans started the drama? You outright attacked them, calling them hypocrites for no apparent reason. Do you even know how to use the word? It does not quite apply to this situation.
Think about this: why the hell would any fanbase make a thread and celebrate ANOTHER artists breaking their favorite's accomplishments? Are you going to make a thread when someone outsells or out accomplishes Britney Spears (since you seem to stan for her)? Of course not. As a stan, you focus on your favorites' accomplishments. It doesn't mean that the other artists' upping Gaga means nothing - it's just that stans won't celebrate it. Let the stanbase for THAT artists celebrate it.
Do you know why the media makes a spectacle out of Gaga's every milestone? because she's insanely popular. Massively popular. I'm probably a bit older than most folks on this forum, but I haven't seen this kind of raging popularity since Madonna. The world is interested in GaGa, whether you like her or not. Even haters are interested, as the care enough to come comment.
