I'm gonna finish this! (might be getting lazy)
20 - 16 Best Albums
20. Fall Out Boy - American Beauty/American Psycho
Fall Out Boy aren't losing their creative spark any time soon. Instead of rehashing insanely addictive, but plain, pop-rock songs a la Alone Together and Young Volcanoes, they went for an even more commercial sound while simultaneously sampling songs from Suzanne Vega's "Tom's Diner" and the theme song to
The Munsters.
19. Millencolin - True Brew
True Brew came seven years after Millencolin's previous album and over twenty years into the band's career, but any oblivious listener couldn't figure that out if s/he tried. This latest offering is jam packed with catchy, poppy skate punk that displays a band purely playing to its strengths.
18. Madonna - Rebel Heart
The special versions of Rebel Heart may be overlong and packed with filler, but most of the tracks on the standard feature top-notch contemporary production (courtesy of Diplo and Ryan Tedder) and irresistible hooks.
17. Foals - What Went Down
Wonderful slice of indie/art rock that is epic throughout pretty much.
16. Sleater-Kinney - No Cities to Love
Sleater-Kinney's punky comeback album features catchy riffs, good songs, and slightly annoying vocals!
