Exactly. Music sales are lower but that's taking into account all the ways music is easily consumed for free, stolen or streamed elsewhere at the tips of billions of internet user fingers. It's effected the quantity of sales but not the popularity of Albums, Artists or Singles.
The list is 100% accurate.
