The government NEEDS to do something about the gun laws. Safety is our only hope and they ruin it like that.

I don't even want to comment anymore on the issue at large because people are just not willing to do much and it's so sad.

My condolences to the victims, I cannot even imagine how I would feel if this happened to someone I love. I wish politicians put themselves in their place and did something about it. The US is the only country in the developed world where this is an almost monthly event. It's not okay.

I'm a big supporter of Obama and like I said, I understand the struggle with getting laws passed through congress (I'm from the UK so my American politics is a little iffy). However, as a campaigner for anti-gun violence, I know from personal research that Obama has not done enough and not pushed the anti-gun law agenda enough.
